Please note we are closed all bank holiday to the public.

Christmas day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, Good Friday and Easter Sunday are double charge days.

Please respect our opening times, if you wish to arrive early or collect later (on the agreed booked dates) this
can be arranged at our discretion however please note there will be a charge of £25 per pet for this service.

All vaccinations including Kennel Cough if given must be completed at least 14 days prior to boarding.

We do not insist on Kennel Cough vaccination for dogs but we do recommend it.

If you collect your dog before 10.30 on the agreed leaving date there will be no charge for that day otherwise a full days charge will be made.

Please check the above dates are correct on the booking form. We do not accept dates on receipts as always being correct as
these are sometimes changed after the booking has been made. Please check our opening times. Not collecting on the agreed date will attract a late collection charge of £25 per pet plus a full days charge per pet.

Appointed Emergency Contact

This person would be able to take my pet to the vets for any treatment if needed whilst boarding in the kennels.

The above person knows that I have given their details and are willing and able to act on my behalf whilst I am away. Also they
are able to give permission for any veterinary treatment that may become necessary and settle any vets transport costs direct.
